Use is simple.

1) First disconnect hose from T or nozzle assembly in the engine compartment. If hose does not reach tester comfortably, use the supplied hose and coupler to allow extending and moving small reservoir into the engine compartment. Snug the hose/coupler onto the existing hose. other end goes to gauge. Thread cap from gauge onto the supplied reservoir.

2) Locate relay that powers the system and simply using a flat screwdriver separate the socket from relay. Then use the supplied jumper to to bypass it. Doing this allows power to the system without having to run/start the engine.

3) Plug the 15ft cat 5 extension into the cat 5 coupler by the controller, other end plugs into the TEST box. Confirm knob is “OFF”

4) Next step is unplug the 6 pin from the controller.

5) Switch the knob “ON” and use the TEST button, this simulates position 8 on a regular controller. Typically should see 40-60 PSI pressure. If the needle bounces a lot, there is air in the system.

6) Sweep the blue knob from 1-8 and watch the system activate and run the pump. If the needle bounces heavy, it has aired needs to be bled.

To bleed run the system few times or simply disconnect the hose from gauge and run it open into the container using position 8. Then retry.
